personalised goods, returns are not accepted once items are
printed.

to the heat process. ImageOpia will not be held
responsible for any damages to customers items

non-personalised items returns are acceptable. Providing the
product is in the same condition it has been sent out in and
we have been informed within 5 days of you receiving the goods.
For all returns please inform us via E
Mail, Telephone or fax. stating the reason for the return
prior to returning the item.

Prices
shown for all items unless clearly stated include a full colour
or single colour print.

The price of printing the garment is determined by the print
position. If your printing requirements do match the print position
selected, we will print your garment as specified and you will
be charged accordingly.

The
standard delivery in the UK starts at £3.00, and will
be delivered within 5-6 working days from receipt of artwork
and full payment.
An Express service starts at £7.00 which normally ensures
delivery within 3 working days. This is providing stock is available.
We will try to notify you by e-mail if this timescale is not
possible.

Working
days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends.

All
deliveries need to be signed for. Therefore you must provide
a delivery address. All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance
are chargeable.

We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect
orders. You will be notified by e-mail if your order is incomplete
except if the typestyle is missing in which case we will use
our choice of typestyle, or if the print colour is missing in
which case we may choose a suitable colour.

reserves the right to refuse any orders that it deems in breach
of copyright or unsuitable for sale to the General Public.

compliance with the Data Protection Act, your details will not
be disclosed to any other organisation. However, ImageOpia may
occasionally contact you with special offers or promotions.

Complaints
- we endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working
days.
